John managed the sale of home flawlessly. From our original meeting to discuss expectations and timing John listened and understood our priorities. He worked closely with Sheila and I to get the home on Baird's Private Network quickly which resulted in 5 offers over a few weeks. The home then hit the regular market and in 2 days garnered another 5 offers with no open house. John worked with the buyer brokers to finalize offers and then met with Sheila and I to review the breakdown. John's expertise was on display as he walked us through the offers and explained the particulars of each. We signed a contract and closed in 36 days.
